• Identify possible opportunities which could be potential candidates for acquisition
• Assist with Technical & Commercial Due Diligence including Contractual issues/ Assessment of outstanding Claims/Balance Costs to Complete/Revenue Stream assessments and possible optimization strategies
• Preparation of a detailed resolution plan including Debt Restructuring and Agreement for Assistance from the Concessioning Authority to ensure that the opportunity fits the acquisition criteria of the likely investors
• Build consensus among key stakeholders including the Project Lenders and the concerned Concessioning Authority
• Assist in the commercial negotiations leading up to finalisation of all related agreements/ documents
