Ghani has over 16 years of experience in planning, detailed engineering designs, and construction supervision of various hydro-electric projects. He further has a rich experience in the implementation of various landmark hydroelectric projects which include 960 MW Polavaram HEP in AP, 1350 MW Upper Sileru PSP in AP etc.
